What this build does: creates a real invoice record, generates a direct-to-wallet USDC payment request on Base, and watches Base Sepolia on-chain for the matching transfer to automatically mark an invoice paid and store the transaction hash as a receipt. What's intentionally out of scope: any fiat off-ramp or local bank rail — this is direct-to-wallet only. Currently pointed at Base Sepolia testnet; do not send real funds.
